Koehler shows speed in Shrine 100 at Carolina Speedway
Fresh off his ROTY run with the Southern Nationals Series, Jordan Koehler made the short trip to Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, N.C.) on Saturday afternoon for the annual Shrine 100.
Among 17 Late Model entries, Jordan topped the charts in qualifying which placed him on the pole for the $4,000 main event. Leading the first 24 laps of the 40-lap feature, Koehler suffered a flat tire after jumping the cushion and smacking the wall. He rallied for a sixth-place finish in the event.
